Your Profile

  • Experience. At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, billing, preferably in a B2B setup.

  • Process & Precision. Highly structured, detail-oriented, and accountable for data accuracy, invoicing, and on-time payments.

  • Tools & Systems. High confidence working with CRM, billing, and payment tools is a must. Experience with HubSpot, Easybill, Agicap, Stripe, or similar systems is strongly preferred.

  • Contracts & Payments. Solid understanding of commercial contracts, invoicing logic, and payment flows, including recurring billing and service periods.

  • Customer Communication. Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication with customers on payment topics.

  • Tax & Compliance. Familiarity with German and EU tax requirements.

  • Languages. Business-fluent English and German (C1 level).

  • Education. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar.

  • Remote Readiness. Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and maintain customer, contract, and billing data across systems.

  • Oversee approximately 250 outgoing invoices per month (e.g. via Easybill).

  • Handle contracts, contract changes, and cancellations.

  • Monitor incoming payments via bank and payment providers (e.g. Stripe) and assign them correctly.

  • Spot missing or delayed payments and follow up proactively.

  • Handle payment follow-ups in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented way, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with external accounting and tax advisors.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of finance, billing, and CRM tools.

  • Maintain a clear, reliable contract and billing database.

You don’t need to be a CFO, but you do know how finance operations work.
